Today presidential hopeful Robert Kyagulanyi was campaigning in western Uganda and he travased the district of Kisoro nearing Rwanda border.
Kyagulanyi,speaking to the people in the district says will immediately open the closed border. He accused President Museveni of wanting to be a “regional boss” ,promising he would seek cordial relations with all neighbors.
The wife speaks fluent Kinyarwanda,this excited Rwandese on social media. Barbra was born in Ntugamo District in western Ugnada.
