Kyagulanyi Monday addressing journalists and party supporters at his office in Kamwokya said “We are withdrawing from the courts but we are not opting for violence.
We are withdrawing the case from Mr Owiny Dollo’s court” However NRM lawyers have threatened to sue the opposition strong man for “wasting their time” on Sunday NRM lawyers said Bobiwine faces heavy financial implications if he dares to withdraw the petition challenging Mr Museveni’s victory from the Supreme Court.
