US government to ban Ugandan Students from getting Visas

US Govt to introduce law banning students from all East African Countries and many other countries, from getting student visas exceeding two years. It means for a student to complete a 4yr degree, they will have to apply for multiple visas, whose issuance isn’t guaranteed
