Rwanda – Police in Rwanda has denied allegations that its officers undressed a woman that was seen in viral photos and videos since Monday all over social media.
It is said the woman was selling fruits on a street in Kigali’s. Witnesses claim the police sought bribe from her not to be arrested however the Police says the woman undressed to scare off officers
