According to the Uganda Debt Network analysis ,reports indicate that Uganda govt acquired loans and grants worth $888m for covid response between march and june 2020.$31.6m from African Development bank ,$300m from World Bank $491 from IMFAgain $15.2 to support prevention and and response to covid pandemic..90% of the loans have been stolen by greedy govt mafias..Ugandans now young and old or dead will have to repay the loans in over 100 years of hustling with each required to pay Shs5m..
