The President of the Republic of Uganda Gen.Museveni has finally allowed Universities,tertiary institutes and schools to reopen in a phased manner
In a meeting on Sept.16 attended by staff from the ministry of education,the president and the Covid- 19 task force agreed to reopen learning institutions starting with higher learning institutes. Higher learning institutions will reopen on 1.11.21 then primary and secondary schools will reopen in January next year according to reports.
