Uganda to benefit from €42.9m from Germany to fight Covid 19

Reports from Tanzania indicate that the East African Community Secretariat and Germany have successfully concluded their negotiations on development cooperation at the EAC Secretariat’s headquarter in Arusha, Tanzania.

In total, Germany has  committed up to €42.9 million for the next two years.The monies are meant to help the region contain and fight against the COVID 19 pandemic.

However it should be noted that most of the funds gotten from foreign Aid was miss used by E.A governments and the spread of corona virus is increasing.
