Zari Hassan is in Dar es Salaam. The Ugandan socialite and mother to Diamond Platnumz’s two children, Nillan and Tiffah arrived on Thursday evening from her base in South Africa with her two children in tow.
Her arrival as usual was a celebrity affair after she was received at the Julius Nyerere International Airport where she was received by the entire WCB Crew including Diamond Platnumz himself.
The news of Zari’s arrival sent tongues wagging with word in the grapevine suggesting that the once upon a time most popular couple in the city were back together.
Zari was however quick to dismiss the rumours saying she was in Dar es Salaam for her children and not otherwise.

“Many people don’t understand the whole thing about co-parenting, I am here because of the children, this is their home. Their father has not seen them for close to two years,” said the self-styled Boss Lady
She also rubbished the rumors that they had got back together.
“We are not back together, I may book into a hotel or stay at Diamond’s home but that doesn’t mean that we are an item once again,” she said.
Diamond Platnumz and Zari broke up on Valentine’s Day in 2018 after Zari sent the singer the infamous black rose, this was after Diamond admitted to have cheated with model Hamisa Mobetto.
There were exchanges of cheating allegations during that period but tension cooling off towards the end of 2019, the two seem to be destined to mending fences as they take care of their two children.
