Vegetable soup served with garlic bread.

Ingrediets;

  • 1/4 cabbage sliced
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 courgrette sliced
  • 1 green pepper
  • parsley leaves
  • margarine
  • royco
  • aromat patatoes
  • garlic
  • onion
  • black pepper

Method

Heat the frying pan,put a tea spoon of butter and margarine, add a tea spoon of baking flour,all vegetables and mix well with a pinch of water. Add chopped onions and garlic then boil for five minutes. Blend mixture till smooth and boil again for five minutes. Add royco and aromat to taste and serve with garlic bread.
